MarlboroughThank you. That is exactly what I have been trying to do. Instead of copying the player´s name, it copies a link to a Wordfeud page. Never mind. If he invites me to a game, wonderful. If not, then the game remains unplayed. 1/09 2025 00:09:23
WLoH RefMarlborough -

1. Open Wordfeud app on your phone.

2. Click + button top right, choose Join a tournament. That will bring you here to this page and your current tournament group.

3. On your phone, on this page, press your finger on the username until you get a pop-up with options. Click the option "Copy link text".

4. Go into your Wordfeud app again. Click + button again, choose Find player.

5. In the resultant text box, click and hold your finger until the bubble says "paste". Click that.

6. The troublesome username is now entered exactly as needed and you will find the player.

7. Invite them.

If this doesn´t work for you, then sadly this support channel is exhausted and you will have to hope that MrDouglas™ (see how well the copy + paste works?) sends you an invite instead.

@MrDouglas™ - As this is not the first time your username causes frustration, you should make sure you are proactively inviting opponents. If you have successive seasons where you are not completing all games, you risk being inactivated.

WLoH RefMarlborough - This doesn´t make a great lot of sense to me. In your WF app you have the tournament link, which leads you directly to your current group. You hold your finger on the username in the table and choose copy text. Go back to the app, go into find player option, paste in your copied text and Bob´s your uncle. LoBotPeople, this is a superior selection! MARLBOROUGH is the player here who most recently went undefeated through an entire season, it happened in 7. division in season 344. BAZSTAINSBY is the tactically strongest player of the last 10 seasons, the opponents have merely scored the humble average of 285 points per game. LUJAT39 is the most frequent winner in the group counting the last 10 seasons, with a frequency of 1.74 victories per loss. THREEPAWS10 is a wicked multitalent and does also crush opponents in division 4 in Ordly English while playing here. MRDOUGLAS™ is the player with the highest average score in a season (only counting the last 10 seasons), with 485 points per match (it happened in season 342 in division 5.) KIOZ is the one who most recently won a group on a decent level, the player won division 6 back in season 344. ANDYPUZZLER is a virtuoso multitalent and does also torture opponents in division 4 in Ordly English while playing here. CRAMSEY728 is a outstanding opponent who was number 3 on this level last season.
