**natsy**I am happy with that decision. I apologize for all the mix-up! I did raise the issue with dixie48 2 days before deadline, but, naively it seems, gave them the benefit of the doubt when he said he was having internet problems. I won´t be so gullible next time! I did fully intend posting before deadline about it but, unfortunately, fell asleep, and when I woke, deadline had passed! Fair result in the end. Well done filomenka! For the record, and to prove I am being truthful, I will email screenshots of our game and our chat! Thanks.

WLoH Int AssistI have intervened here. The result mentioned by **natsy** was added after the deadline so has been replaced by the automatic draw that would have occurred at deadline. This change had the effect of giving dixie48 promotion based on an automatic result, which is not allowed. So I have granted filomenka a special 1-0 win over dixie48 to flip their positions. This ensures that the player who completed games is not disadvantaged. I´m not happy that the incomplete game had the capacity to advantage both of the players involved in it despite the comments below and wanting to believe what I´m reading.

For reference in case of dispute the previous result between filomenka and dixie48 was 362 - 434.

In answer to **natsy** questions re how to handle this in future: you need to post and email the judge screenshots ahead of time.

Graham-sIt´s testament to the incredible tightness of the group when in the last remaining game, the same player could conceivably be relegated on spread if they get a really bad result, or promoted on spread if they get a really good one! Amazing. 4/02 2016 18:23:57

WLoH Int JudgeHi Graham, it´s a decision I made which was only to do with how the 2 exclusions affect you other players in the group. I thought it resulted in the best balance regarding the number of players remaining and how many would be relegated. 28/01 2016 06:30:52

Just out of curiosity, what is the rationale for keeping in 72 Hours Is A Joke (but setting all his games to 0-150, so that relegation and deletion is assured), while removing Akiat14 from the group immediately? WLoH Support@Graham-s: No, it means that you have lager chance for promotion as well as relegation. A player known for using a cheat app would probably not get on the relegation spots anyway. But 72 hours is a joke is taking up one of the relegation spots, so only one out of six actually playing members in this group will get the other one. ;) 27/01 2016 08:07:06

WLoH Int Judge72 hours is a joke, you previously played as Ialwaysplaynodelay and morethanwerdz. You tampered with results, an excludable offence. I made it clear an explanation was required if you wished to have a chance of staying in the league. You offered none and stated you were leaving.

The principle of the league is quite simple and is normal for most competitions. All players must abide by the few rules we have. By participating you in effect agree to this. You obviously feel you can behave unreasonably, disrespect the league, it´s members and organisers. You snubbed those who treated you leniently and tried to talk about the issues you had. We should of banned you but did not do so as you said you were leaving and we saw no reason to create unnecessary bad feeling.

You do not have the right to dismiss and ignore the reasonable requirements asked for but then enjoy the free service on your own terms. This league is not for you, you are no longer welcome.

LoBotWow, this is really an awesome cluster of smartness! SUJIT JOSEPH is the one with most experience here, with 22 seasons in the league of honour. That´s a lot of honour. 72 HOURS IS A JOKE is a intelligent player who has been number 10 in division 2 in season 84. DIXIE48 is a wonderful player who has been number 2 in division 5 in season 85. GRAHAM-S is a supernatural opponent who was number 5 on this level last season. WANDERCHILD is a divine opponent who was number 4 on this level last season. FILOMENKA is the player here who has won most groups, with a total of 5 victories. **NATSY** is the one who most recently won a group on a decent level, the player won division 5 back in season 93. AKIAT14 is the most frequent winner in the party in the last 10 seasons, with a frequency of 12.0 victories per loss.

The winner gets promoted, the two last players will be relegated. With this many awesome players it is hard to tell you who wins, but I guess 72 hours is a joke wins the season.
