LoBotAt the moment, dej22 and ThomasKallehave is in the relegation spots. But in the games that are not finished, I will set some automatic results at deadline, and that may cause chitchitz and sgdi7434 to go down. The rules state that you cannot get an advantage simply by not finishing your games, so the table judge may edit this group with respect to relegation. If you have intel on unfinished games (current score, reason for delay) that the judge ought to know, I recommend posting the information here before deadline. 11/02 2016 00:38:57
LoBotA tip from the rules: If the opponent resigns, you can either register a 150-0 victory for yourself, or deduct 50 points from the score of your opponent. Don´t register anything if the match never starts. Also, don´t register a temporarily result in a match that is not finished before deadline, but feel free to report such scores in the comment field. 4/02 2016 11:48:25
LoBotGosh, this is an amazing cluster of smartness! LEOFFICERK, THOMASKALLEHAVE, SGDI7434 and OLBUCKY are new players in the league, welcome to you all! WAXONWAXOFF is the player with the highest average score in a season, with 315 points per match (it happened in season 85 in division 6.) DEJ22 is the most frequent winner in the bunch, with a frequency of 1.67 victories per loss. CHITCHITZ is a excellent player who has been number 8 in division 7 in season 95. COLLEENWILMS is a marvellous player who has been number 7 in division 8 in season 95.

The winner gets promoted. Additionally, if you finish second, you have a 33% chance of promotion. It is determined by points and spread compared to players in the other groups in the same division. If I were to guess, I would say that waxonwaxoff ends up as the winner here.
