WLoH Int AssistOk melpowell, you´re posting things a bit too quick for me :-) both players can and should take responsibility for registering results. The 150-0 results are probably automatic results. Read the rules which cover most of this and then post back if things are still unclear. 20/02 2016 21:06:54
WLoH Int AssistHi melpowel, no one is talking about wanting to deactivate you. Support were just trying to highlight to you that with no results registered the system would potentially automatically deactivate you. If that has indeed happened then you can reactivate on the sign up page. Also have a read of the rules page which explains some useful things like this situation. It seems like two other players were playing so I´m surprised that you didn´t each end up with 2 games. Still it does suck that you ended up in a pretty inactive group - so I hope you have better luck in the next season you enter. 20/02 2016 21:04:13

MelpowellI wonder if many of these players actually know they are playing in a tournament as they are not putting up the scores and not finishing games on time. Really enjoy playing but find this very frustrating. 20/02 2016 10:37:02
LoBotA tip from the rules: If the opponent resigns, you can either register a 150-0 victory for yourself, or deduct 50 points from the score of your opponent. Don´t register anything if the match never starts. Also, don´t register a temporarily result in a match that is not finished before deadline, but feel free to report such scores in the comment field. 17/02 2016 10:32:13
