We will wait to hear from the other player, who has not attempted to answer my questions at this point. I´m inclined to let the result stand for now. PS. You´re right that only the first game played counts; you´d never register the result from a subsequent friendly, but I understand why you´ve mentioned that in your favour.

R_a_m_k_iI would also like to point out that I have registered the result of every game I´ve played irrespective of the outcome. Further; I´ve continued to play with jacquik1 and loris43 after my first game which I lost. And I´ve won my subsequent games with them. However, I´ve not registered any of those games and tried to confuse the issue. I am being very transparent and honest here. I should not be denied this win! 20/02 2016 00:33:38
R_a_m_k_iI´ve played several games since, so my game is not in the WF secretary list. I remember being surprised at pixie7745 resigning. I play several games with several people; so I don´t remember a particular word I played with pixie7745. I do not agree to this win being reverted to a draw! 20/02 2016 00:29:52
WLoH Int AssistHi both, don´t panic, this happens every now and then. And yes, taking screenshots is a great approach in case of queries or disagreements. Also posting a comment when registering an unusual result is a good idea. Anyway if neither of you take screenshots generally then here are some options for you to resolve things between yourselves:

1) R_A_M_K_I, given the score entered this must be a reasonably memorable game. Is there anything else about it that stands out in your memory that might trigger PIXIE7745´s memory? A particularly good word you played for example?

2) PIXIE7745, how sure are you that the game didn´t take place? If the game didn´t take place then why hadn´t you invited R_A_M_K_I yet?

3) if the game was quite recent, or you haven´t played many games since, then try going to http://wloh.bitfern.co.nz to see recently completed games (the WF secretary all may do the same, or uninstalling and reinstalling WF itself according to one player).

4) if you can´t come to an agreement then we can revert to a draw if that won´t unfairly disadvantage anyone.

R_a_m_k_iIf I recall correctly; two players firstly Pipaluker and then pixie7745 resigned their games with me. I have not taken a screenshot of the finished games. Going by this experience I shall remember to henceforth! 19/02 2016 17:45:33

WLoH Int AssistHi PIXIE7745, the result appears to have been entered by you or R_A_M_K_I. It doesn´t look like a simple mistake (duplicate). You can delete incorrect results using the drop downs and delete result button (click once, wait for page to refresh, click again to confirm deletion. You can also post a comment in case the other player disagrees). For reference the result was: R_a_m_k_i - pixie7745, 263 - 77. When you say you have not played them, do you mean not played them at all yet? Or that the game is yet to finish? I ask as its quite late in the season not to have started a game.

R_A_M_K_I: any comment?

LoBotA tip from the rules: If the opponent resigns, you can either register a 150-0 victory for yourself, or deduct 50 points from the score of your opponent. Don´t register anything if the match never starts. Also, don´t register a temporarily result in a match that is not finished before deadline, but feel free to report such scores in the comment field. 17/02 2016 10:32:13

LoBotYes! I love it when we gather such a splendid group! PIPALUKER and R_A_M_K_I start their glorious Wordfeud League of Honour careers this season, good luck, and when you reach the top, please remember your old friends from the debut season. SMOKEYTOSCA is the one with most experience here, with 589 games in this tournament. POMPILASS19 is the secondmost experienced player in the group, and has played continously since the debut in season 35. MEGGY! is a terrific player who has been number 6 in division 5 in season 42. PIXIE7745 is the player with the highest average score in a season (only counting the last 25 seasons), with 415 points per match (it happened in season 88 in division 7.) JACQUIK1 is the one who most recently won a group on a decent level, the player won division 8 back in season 94. DEVERA4751 is a superior opponent who was number 8 on this level last season. LORIS43 is a brainy player who has been number 7 in division 8 in season 96.

The winner gets promoted. We have so many excellent players here that it is difficult to pick a winner, but my guess is that pixie7745 ends up as the winner here.
