I´m sure there´s a simple explanation but just wondering why, in season 323 having come second in div 7 group 4, I´m now down to group 30 in the same division?

I won Division 3 in season 315 and then skipped 2 seasons. I see that I have been placed again in Division 3. Why am I being made to replay Division 3? I should be promoted to Division 2.
