Sometimes games are started using a board that is not allowed in the league concerned, like "wrong dictionary" (US vs International), or the random board.
In my opinion, the step to be taken by the players should not be called "restart" or "replay".
Inexperienced players might try and use the "rematch" feature of the app, only afterwards to realize they don´t then have a choice of another board.
And, as no valid game is under way, there´s not really something to "restart"?
