Deepwellreadred, unsuccessfully trying three times to create a Custom league in Wordfeud Norwegian wasn´t REALLY your intention, I suspect.
But it IS a start for your future in the "normal" WLoH WF English/US: you found the main menu to get here - that´s GOOD!
Only, what you should have done instead of clicking the "Custom" item of that menu:
you should have clicked the "Your page" item (&scroll a bit) to be able to re-activate yourself.
That´s the only way to be invited (by email, within less than 14 days, DO read it!) to play in the next season of your normal league.
Beforehand, do make yourself familiar with the "Rules" (another item of the menu ...)!
The reason why you were deactivated in the first place is, most likely, that you weren´t aware of some of these, let´s say, basic truths:
The matches for the tournament are to be played in the Wordfeud app.
The league´s server (LoBot) calculates tables, promotions, relegations, and invites players to their respective groups.
In order for it to be able to do that, it´s important that the players themselves REPORT the matches´ outcome, as described in the Rules - preferably against each opponent, and surely before the seasons deadline (to be found in the Rules, too)
Not reporting all matches will result in frustrated opponents and your de-activation, again...
PS: Please do use the "Delete" buttons of these 3 Custom leagues. They wont be able to start because noone among the players have the required 4 Wlohtys
